Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project controls and provide support to the Project Management team.
• Consult and evaluate project cost estimation and forecasting issues.

Knowledge and Experience Required:

• At least 12 years of experience.
• A minimum of 8 years in project cost estimation for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Experience with schedule and cost benchmarking of oil and gas upstream projects.
• Proficient in MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel, and knowledge of Primavera P6.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in a relevant field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in project cost estimation.

As a leading energy services company for over 70 years, Penspen is seeking a skilled Senior Projects Coordinator to support the Project Director in delivering a program of projects for Khafji Joint Operations (KJO). This role is pivotal for ensuring client satisfaction and commercial success in our Project Management Services (PMS) contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Project Director in managing the portfolio of projects, ensuring alignment with overall plans.
• Oversee Project Delivery Leads and Senior Project Engineers managing onshore and offshore project activities.
• Coordinate administrative aspects of projects including technical, contracts, logistics, and support functions.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Minimum 15 years of project management and engineering experience in FEED and EPC phases.
• At least 8 years managing onshore/offshore project activities.
• PMP experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco procedures is advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.

Qualifications:
An Engineering Degree in a relevant field is essential.
