We are looking for committed Saudi Nationals to enhance our security operations on our construction sites. As a Security Guard, you will play a vital role in maintaining the security and safety of our projects.

Job Purpose:
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the security of employees, visitors, and company assets by controlling access and monitoring activities. You will ensure compliance with site security procedures and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control entry and exit points of the construction site.
• Verify identities of employees, visitors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Conduct regular security patrols across the project site.
• Protect company equipment, materials, vehicles, and facilities from theft or damage.
• Report suspicious activities, incidents, or security breaches.
• Maintain daily security logs and incident reports.
• Ensure compliance with site HSE and security requirements.
• Coordinate with management during emergencies.
• Assist in traffic management within the site.
• Ensure security of gates and restricted zones.

Qualifications & Requirements:
We require the following qualifications for this role:

• Saudi Nationality.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security services, especially in construction sites.
• Good communication skills in Arabic; basic English preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and in outdoor environments.
• Physically fit with the ability to work in shifts.
• Basic knowledge of safety and emergency procedures.
• Strong observation and reporting skills.

Join Our Team as a Security Officer
At Nova M Hotel - Edge by Rotana, we are looking for enthusiastic and committed Security Professionals to safeguard our guests and assets as part of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveillance rounds and patrol all hotel areas to ensure guest and employee safety.
• Respond swiftly to both emergency and non-emergency requests in a professional manner.
• Identify and address safety concerns, including unwanted visitors and disruptive behavior.
• Prepare and follow up on loss reports and determine appropriate actions.
• Monitor designated areas via CCTV for security purposes.
• Maintain clear access to fire exits and ensure safety equipment is in place.
• Adhere to all legal, statutory, and hotel standards in every task performed.

Qualifications and Experience:
We seek candidates who are certified Security Officers with experience in hotel or related security fields. Additional certifications such as CPR, First Aid, and AED training will be considered advantageous. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential to successfully follow safety and security protocols.
