The Opportunity: Team Leader - BMD (Manufacturing)

Almarai is seeking a dedicated Team Leader for its BMD (Manufacturing) operations. This full-time role, based in Al-Kharj, involves overseeing and guiding staff to ensure efficient operations while maintaining adherence to established safety and quality standards. The Team Leader is integral to meeting production requirements and minimizing operational delays.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and motivate staff to ensure efficient operational performance.
• Ensure all activities comply with defined safety and quality standards.
• Deliver the required bottle output for MNL effectively.
• Minimize bottle delays across all PB lines within the manufacturing process.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or similar operational environment.
