Almarai is seeking a Team Leader for its Plastic Plant operations in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires an individual to effectively manage and motivate staff to ensure efficient operations within established safety and quality standards. The role is critical for meeting bottle production requirements and minimizing delays across all production lines.

Key Responsibilities

• Minimize delays across all plastic production lines.

Required Qualifications

• A degree in Plastic Technology.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position within the plastic industry.
• Competency in plastic processing, specifically blow molding and injection molding.
• Awareness of industry norms and best practices.
• Familiarity with ISO 9000-2000 quality standards and GMP environments.
