Role Overview

The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining high standards. This role is integral to Almarai's ongoing expansion and growth initiatives within its diverse market segments.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and motivate staff to operate efficiently within defined safety and quality standards.
• Ensure the effective delivery of bottle requirements for MNL, minimizing delays across all PB lines.

Required Qualifications

• A graduate degree in Plastic Technology.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the plastic industry.
• Competency in plastic processing, specifically blow molding and injection molding.
• Awareness of industry norms and standards.
• Excellent appreciation of or exposure to ISO 9000-2000 quality standards and GMP environments.
