The Role of Team Leader - BMD (Manufacturing)

The Team Leader in BMD (Manufacturing) is responsible for overseeing and guiding staff to ensure efficient operations. This role focuses on maintaining defined safety and quality standards within the manufacturing environment. A primary objective is to effectively deliver the required bottle output for MNL and to minimize any delays in bottle production across all PB lines.

• Control and motivate staff to ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

• Graduate in Plastic Technology.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position within the plastic industry.

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Competency in plastic processing, specifically blow molding.
• Awareness of industry norms.
• Excellent appreciation of or exposure to ISO 9000-2000 quality standards.
• Experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment.
