The Role of Team Leader - BMD (Manufacturing)

This full-time position for a Team Leader in BMD (Manufacturing) is based at the Plastic Plant in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The primary purpose of this role is to ensure efficient operations by controlling and motivating staff, while adhering to defined safety and quality standards. The Team Leader will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, contributing to the company's operational objectives and growth plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Control and motivate staff to ensure efficient operation within established safety and quality standards.
• Deliver the required bottle output for MNL effectively.
• Minimize bottle delays across all PB lines within the Plastic Plant.
• Contribute to maintaining high operational efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing unit.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
• Understanding and adherence to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven capability in managing production targets and operational efficiency.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position located in Al-Kharj, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will join a multinational team dedicated to furthering growth plans for the Almarai group.
