About the Role

Massar Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Design Manager to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a strong background in Civil Engineering and extensive experience in large-scale Water EPC projects. The primary work base for this role will be in Al-Kharj, with responsibilities extending to projects in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary design teams.
• Manage design consultants and project stakeholders.
• Manage design scopes, schedules, and Design Responsibility Matrices.
• Oversee design change control and conduct constructability reviews.
• Develop Design Management Plans and technical deliverables.
• Prepare construction tender packages and ensure design coordination.
• Coordinate effectively with Engineering, Construction, Consultant, and Client teams.
• Provide support for both ongoing and tender projects.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Strong background in Civil Engineering.
• Extensive experience with large-scale Water EPC projects.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based primarily in Al-Kharj, with project involvement in Riyadh. The role requires immediate availability to join the team.
