Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement all company statutory and legal requirements, including fire, health and safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Respond promptly to all inquiries and carry out maintenance repairs while wearing appropriate PPE.
  • Maintain green areas and car parks as applicable.
  • Follow planned preventative maintenance programs and ensure good relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Implement energy conservation initiatives and adhere to ****** regulations.
  • Participate in additional training suitable for the role.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will possess a positive attitude, good communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. You should be flexible, able to work independently or in teams, and maintain excellent grooming standards.

Desirable Qualifications:
  • Previous maintenance experience, particularly in electrical, plumbing, or painting and decorating.
