The Opportunity

Due to an aggressive expansion program and strategic acquisitions in new vertical markets, Almarai is seeking a Team Manager for a full-time position in Al-Kharj. This role offers an opportunity to join a dynamic multinational team dedicated to supporting the group's growth plans.

Role Overview: Team Manager - Engineering

The Team Manager - Engineering is responsible for leading the engineering and maintenance team. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of food manufacturing, process, and packaging equipment. This position requires a strong foundation in mechanical engineering combined with practical experience in food manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering and maintenance team.
• Oversee the safe operation of all food manufacturing equipment.
• Ensure reliable performance of process and packaging machinery.
• Drive efficient maintenance practices across all relevant systems.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong background in mechanical engineering.
• Demonstrated practical experience in food manufacturing.
• Proven capability with packaging lines and related equipment.
• Experience with can filling and seaming systems.
• Proficiency in managing end-of-line equipment.
• Familiarity with rotating equipment and hygienic process systems.
