The Role of Team Manager, Engineering

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager for Engineering to join its team in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves leading the engineering and maintenance team to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of food manufacturing, process, and packaging equipment. The position requires a strong background in mechanical engineering and practical experience within food manufacturing environments.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong mechanical engineering background.
• Practical food manufacturing experience.
• Proven capability in packaging lines.
• Proven capability in can filling and seaming systems.
• Proven capability in end-of-line equipment.
• Proven capability in rotating equipment.
• Proven capability in hygienic process systems.

Work Environment

This full-time position is based in Al Kharj, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within a dynamic multinational team dedicated to supporting the group's growth plans.
