About the Role

Al Safi Danone is seeking a Workshop Supervisor to manage and oversee all maintenance activities for heavy and light equipment across its farm operations. Based in the Riyadh and Al-Kharj regions, this full-time position is central to ensuring operational efficiency and equipment reliability.

Role Purpose

The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for the comprehensive planning, organization, and supervision of all workshop maintenance activities. This includes the effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance programs, optimizing equipment reliability, managing workshop resources, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The primary objective is to maximize equipment availability, operational efficiency, and safety standards within farm operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for heavy and light equipment.
• Plan spare parts requirements and ensure effective inventory control.
• Coordinate maintenance priorities to support operational requirements and minimize equipment downtime.
• Supervise all workshop maintenance activities, delegating tasks and providing technical support to technicians.
• Ensure the maintenance of diesel engines, heavy machinery, and related equipment adheres to company standards.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on support for complex maintenance activities.
• Train and develop workshop technicians to enhance their technical capabilities.
• Identify equipment issues and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor maintenance progress, quality, and compliance with company procedures.
• Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, tools, spare parts, and workshop resources.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and support performance reporting.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve workshop efficiency, equipment reliability, and safety performance.
• Support continuous improvement programs to optimize overall maintenance operations.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in workshop supervision or equipment maintenance, preferably within an agricultural or heavy machinery environment.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in the Riyadh and Al-Kharj regions.
