About the Administrative Secretary Role

Al Fares Holding Company is seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Secretary to join its team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Role Purpose and Contribution

The Administrative Secretary serves as a key member of the administrative team, offering vital support that underpins daily office functions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize daily schedules for the senior management team, coordinating meetings and appointments efficiently.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience
