About the Role

Malama is seeking a highly experienced Brand Business Manager to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position is responsible for the overall commercial and operational performance of an assigned brand. The role requires over 10 years of relevant experience, focusing on leading business growth, profitability, and operational excellence to ensure sustainable success and a consistent customer experience.

Core Business Performance

• Own the overall financial and operational performance of the brand, driving revenue growth and improving profitability.
• Monitor business Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions to increase sales, market share, and overall business performance.
• Review financial reports and provide support for business planning initiatives.
• Ensure operational excellence across all brand locations, maintaining consistency in operational standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor productivity, efficiency, and service performance, leading operational improvement initiatives across the brand.

Customer Experience and Brand Standards

• Ensure a consistent customer experience across all brand locations.
• Monitor guest feedback, customer satisfaction, and brand reputation.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with established brand standards and quality expectations.

Marketing, Product Development, and Expansion

• Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute growth initiatives, supporting promotional campaigns, seasonal activations, and product launches.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend business improvements, ensuring marketing activities align with overall business objectives.
• Identify business opportunities for new products and menu improvements, collaborating with Product Development and Culinary teams to launch new products.
• Monitor product performance and customer acceptance, recommending enhancements based on market trends and business needs.
• Support the brand expansion strategy, leading operational readiness for new store openings.
• Coordinate with internal departments during expansion projects and monitor post-opening performance to ensure successful stabilization.

Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Lead Regional Brand Business Managers, monitoring regional performance and providing strategic business direction.
• Develop talent and build a high-performance culture within the team.
• Promote collaboration across all business functions, working closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Product Development, Procurement, Quality, and Projects.
• Ensure alignment between departments to achieve business objectives and support strategic company-wide projects.

Reporting Structure

The Brand Business Manager reports directly to the Growth & Operations Department Manager. This role has direct reports, including Regional Brand Business Managers.
