Key Responsibilities

Supervise site teams to ensure efficient project execution.
Monitor construction progress against established timelines.
Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety standards.
Manage relationships and performance of contractors and suppliers.
Control project budgets and schedules to maintain financial and time objectives.
Review construction drawings and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.
Resolve issues that may impact project quality, cost, or timelines.
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to stakeholders.
Support cross-functional collaboration with operations and engineering teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with company standards.

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in construction management.
Demonstrated experience in industrial or commercial construction.
Prior experience within the food and beverages or manufacturing sector is preferred.
