About the Role

Linnk Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale construction projects in Riyadh and Dammam, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time, yearly renewable role focused on managing all phases of project execution from mobilization through to handover. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with established quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Role Overview

The Construction Manager will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of significant building and infrastructure projects. This involves strategic planning, meticulous execution, and effective coordination with all project stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards across all project facets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects from mobilization to handover.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project performance.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Monitor construction progress and resolve technical and operational challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with contract requirements, project specifications, local regulations, and company standards.
  • Implement and enforce Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies across the project.
  • Review and approve project plans, procurement schedules, and progress reports.
  • Manage project risks, variations, and change orders.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality execution while maintaining cost and schedule objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience of 5-10 years managing large-scale building or infrastructure projects valued at USD 50M+.
  • Strong knowledge of project planning, cost control, contract administration, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with international construction standards and Saudi regulations is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience delivering mega projects in Saudi Arabia, GCC, or Europe.
  • Strong background in managing multidisciplinary construction teams.

Location

This position is based in Saudi Arabia, with projects primarily located in Riyadh and Dammam.
