DevOps Engineer

About the Role

Jobmaze is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer for a full-time position with a client in Al Khobar, Eastern Region, Saudi Arabia. This role focuses on building and managing CI/CD environments and enhancing secure software delivery practices across the development stack.

Role Context

The successful candidate will work within a .NET, GitHub, Azure, and SQL Server environment. Key areas of focus for this position include automation, DevSecOps, application monitoring, and containerization to ensure robust and efficient software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage CI/CD pipelines for .NET applications utilizing GitHub Actions.
• Automate build, testing, and deployment processes from development through production environments.
• Establish and maintain clear development, staging, and production environments.
• Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines, including static code analysis, dependency scanning, and secret scanning.
• Implement application monitoring and alerting for deployed services.
• Coordinate with Security and NOC teams during application and infrastructure incidents.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for repeatable and automated environment provisioning.
• Support safe deployment and versioning of SQL Server database changes.
• Build and manage containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, working with a client of Jobmaze. The role involves collaboration with development, security, and operations teams to strengthen software delivery practices.
