About the Role

Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Hotel And Residences is seeking a Saudi National to join their team as a Guest Service Officer for the Front Office. This full-time position is based in Al Khobar, Eastern Province.

Role Overview

The Guest Service Officer plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Reception within the Rooms Division. This position contributes directly to the guest experience by managing front desk operations and providing essential services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the efficient running of the Reception desk.
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out processes.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
  • Handle guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise during their stay.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Ideally, possess a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
  • Minimum of 1 year of work experience in hotel operations.

Required Skills
