About the Opportunity

The Career Nest is seeking a Head Chef for a new all-day restaurant opening in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This establishment will be the first Saudi location for an internationally recognized concept, launching this autumn on the Al Khobar waterfront. This is a full-time position.

Role Overview

The Head Chef will be responsible for leading the kitchen operations for this new opening. The role involves bringing the culinary concept to life, which is founded on French Mediterranean cuisine, characterized by light, seasonal, and ingredient-led dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the daily kitchen operation and uphold the standards set by the brand executive chef.
• Build, lead, and develop a kitchen brigade of approximately thirty staff members.
• Rigorously manage food cost, portion control, and waste.
• Oversee supplier relationships, purchasing processes, and stock levels.
• Maintain quality and hygiene standards without exception.

Work Environment

This role is based in a new, chic all-day restaurant situated on the Al Khobar waterfront. The environment will be dynamic, supporting the launch and ongoing operation of an international culinary concept in its first Saudi location.
