Executive Chef

About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Executive Chef to lead all culinary operations for its hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves overseeing the success of all culinary activities, ensuring high standards of food quality and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct culinary operations, including the preparation and production of hotel meals, while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and cost controls.
• Collaborate with the Food and Beverage Director to develop new menus and individual menu items, incorporating current food trends and regional tastes.
• Engage with guests and clients to assess satisfaction, address concerns, and implement improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Monitor financial performance, overseeing budget management, forecasting, and reporting to ensure financial targets are met and culinary operations align with hotel goals.
• Optimize kitchen operations by overseeing and streamlining systems, processes, and workflows to ensure efficiency.
• Cultivate a high-performing team through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs to drive engagement and retention.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, upholding the highest standards for guest and team member wellbeing.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of experience in a relevant culinary leadership role.
