Role Overview

The Manager HSE is responsible for leading and managing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) initiatives and personnel. This role involves coordinating the delivery of HSE products and services to operations and shared services personnel, supporting both business acquisition and execution. The Manager HSE will also interface and negotiate with regulatory bodies, clients, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute processes that directly impact training, report writing, quality control, plan development, and implementation.
• Incorporate health standards directed by regulatory agencies to prevent hazards and diseases from work sites.
• Be accountable for the performance and results of a related discipline or sub-group within a function, operating under general direction.
• Manage the delivery of functional objectives by providing leadership and direction to team members.
• Participate in the development of functional strategy and may be responsible for global processes and procedures.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience in Health, Safety, and Environment management.

Work Environment

• This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern.
