The Principal Designer operates with general supervision, independently applying advanced engineering techniques to solve complex problems. This role involves making critical decisions on engineering methods and representing the organization in conferences to resolve important questions or negotiate with key engineers and officials from other organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers, fostering their professional development.
• Serve as a primary consultant for associates and other stakeholders, with a high degree of reliance placed on scientific interpretations and advice.
• Manage measurable assets, including assigned staff and budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project delivery.

Qualifications and Experience

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 7 years of related experience is essential, with an average experience level typically exceeding 10 years.
