The Role of Product Engineer (Mobile)

Kalee is seeking a Product Engineer (Mobile) to join its team in Al Khobar. This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring 0-1 years of experience. The role involves taking ideas from conception to deployment for real users within a short timeframe. The Product Engineer will utilize AI coding agents daily to accelerate development and will manage features end-to-end within the Flutter application, from initial concept through to shipping and impact measurement.

Key Responsibilities

• Ship features end-to-end for iOS and Android within the Flutter application.
• Integrate AI agents such as Claude Code and Codex into daily workflows for planning, writing, testing, and reviewing code.
• Transition rapidly from problem identification to prototype and then to production, utilizing data for continuous improvement of shipped features.
• Collaborate directly with the CEO and product team to determine future development priorities.
• Contribute to establishing AI-driven development practices, including prompt engineering, agent workflows, and code review processes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated experience in building and shipping projects, including apps, side projects, open-source contributions, or startup initiatives.
• Practical proficiency with Claude Code and/or Codex, evidenced by the development of functional features.
• Strong mobile development experience, preferably with Flutter/Dart, and applications published on the App Store or Google Play.
• Comfortable working across the technology stack, including APIs, Firebase or comparable backend systems, and analytics tools.
• Possession of a product mindset and sound judgment regarding feature prioritization and development.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with subscriptions or in-app purchases, such as RevenueCat.
• Experience within the health, fitness, or consumer application sectors.
