About the Role

KBR Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager - Engineering to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time position holds comprehensive responsibility for the financial and technical success of engineering projects, overseeing all phases from planning to execution.

Project Scope and Leadership

The Project Manager will lead large-sized domestic and international projects, typically with a total installed cost of less than $200 million. This role requires broad direction and a proven ability to manage complex engineering initiatives, ensuring adherence to established company policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, coordinate, and control projects in accordance with established company policies, procedures, systems, and requirements.
• Manage day-to-day client contact and communication, focusing on providing client satisfaction.
• Supervise personnel assigned to the project through subordinate leaders.
• Manage budgetary accountabilities for the job role and assigned projects.
• May serve as the proposal manager for large domestic and international project proposals.

Qualifications and Experience

• An undergraduate degree in Engineering is required.
• A minimum of 15 years of related experience is essential, with an average experience of 20 years.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of the respective industry.
