The Sales Associate Role

The Sales Associate plays a central role in market engagement and sales generation for Rentokil Boecker® services and products. This involves a dynamic approach to prospecting, cultivating strong client relationships, delivering compelling presentations, preparing detailed proposals and pricing, negotiating contracts, and effectively utilizing various marketing tools and activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement sales strategies developed by the Sales Manager to achieve monthly sales targets, goals, renewals, and profitability.
• Identify potential clients and business opportunities through proactive market prospecting.
• Deliver professional and effective sales presentations to prospects, demonstrating the benefits of Rentokil Boecker® solutions for health, property, and the environment.
• Conduct premises surveys to estimate technical requirements and determine pricing when necessary.
• Develop ideas and create tailored offers for target clients using all required marketing tools.
• Present new products and services to existing clients and enhance client relationships through pre-planned courtesy calls and visits.
• Respond to client needs and follow up with all concerned parties on aspects of their requests.
• Educate clients on processes that enable them to gain maximum value from Rentokil Boecker® services.
• Prepare detailed offers, follow up until the offer becomes a contract, and manage after-sales follow-up.
• Handle contract renewals when applicable.
• Communicate new sales and renewals effectively to the Operations Department.
• Manage client data accurately and timely on Rentokil Boecker® systems.
• Document and deliver weekly and monthly sales reports.
• Participate in events and exhibitions to promote the company's services.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this position will have 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, demonstrating a proven ability to manage client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region, requiring active engagement in the local market.
