Job Description

Achieve the specified monthly and annual sales goals.
* Visit current and potential customers according to the approved visit plan.
* Search for new customers and expand the customer base.
* Prepare price offers and follow up on them until the sale is completed.
* Receive customer orders and ensure they are executed and delivered on time.
* Follow up on debt collection according to the company's credit policy.
* Follow up on customer complaints and work to resolve them in coordination with the relevant departments.
* Prepare visit and sales reports and submit them to the sales manager.
* Continuously update customer data in the system.
* Monitor market movement, prices, and competitors and submit the necessary reports.
* Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information.
* Adhere to company policies, regulations, and safety instructions.
* Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of work.

Authorities

* Negotiate with customers within the limits of approved authorities.
* Provide price offers according to approved policies and prices.
* Request support from relevant departments to complete sales and customer service operations
