About the Role

Al Rugaib is seeking a Sales Associate to join its team in Al Khobar. This full-time position involves selling company products and services, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The primary objective is to drive sales while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Role Overview

The Sales Associate will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing product knowledge and addressing concerns. This role is integral to achieving sales targets and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. The individual will be responsible for guiding customers through the purchasing process and resolving any issues professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify their needs.
• Present, promote, and sell products and services effectively.
• Provide accurate product information and respond to customer questions.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process to finalize sales.
• Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain the visual appearance of the store in accordance with company standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
