About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a Senior Associate SME Broker Management to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time position is central to driving sales and promoting insurance products and services through our network of broker agents.

Role Purpose

The Senior Associate SME Broker Management is responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with insurance brokers, managing sales processes, and providing comprehensive product knowledge. This role ensures the achievement of sales targets and works collaboratively with brokers to expand market reach and enhance client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance brokers, agents, and other intermediaries.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for brokers, providing support, answering queries, and resolving issues.
  • Educate brokers on the company’s products, features, and benefits to enable effective sales to clients.
  • Drive sales by identifying and pursuing new broker partnerships and expanding existing relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting insurance products and services through brokers.
  • Assist brokers in closing sales by providing necessary resources, tools, and support.
  • Provide ongoing training to brokers on product offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques.
  • Ensure brokers are equipped with accurate and up-to-date information regarding policies, pricing, and eligibility requirements.
  • Offer guidance on sales strategies and best practices to optimize broker performance.
  • Work with brokers to identify potential customers and develop strategies to increase market penetration.
  • Generate and qualify leads for brokers to pursue and close.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of brokers in reaching sales goals.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and maintain up-to-date records in CRM.
  • Monitor and report on broker performance and sales results, providing insights for improvements.
  • Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  • Ensure all sales practices comply with legal requirements and company guidelines, maintaining integrity in all dealings.
  • Collaborate with brokers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Support the resolution of any issues or complaints from brokers or clients to maintain positive relationships.
  • Follow up with brokers after sales to ensure smooth onboarding and address any concerns.
