Senior BIM Engineer

About the Role

Parsons Corporation is seeking a Senior BIM Engineer to join their team in Al Khobar, Eastern Region. This full-time role involves leading the development and compliance of BIM documentation for a unique hospitality project, specifically focusing on 5-star hotels/resorts. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to client and international standards, including ISO19650.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop client BIM documentation aligned with ISO19650 standards.
• Conduct support chain assessments, mobilization, and BIM kick-off meetings.
• Create work process maps and ensure compliance of Appointed Parties' BIM documentation and other digital deliverables with client and international standards.
• Enforce the Digital Delivery strategy, champion innovation, and provide advice on emerging technologies, asset performance, and operations requirements to both the client and support chain.
• Lead BIM Coordination meetings, digital workshops, and lessons learned sessions.
• Perform inter-disciplinary design checks and monitor/track implementation and performance using Power BI and other online tools.
• Provide flexible cover for the BIM Coordinator team as required.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Solid experience in hospitality projects, specifically completed 5-star hotels/resorts.
• Working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM360, Navisworks, and Revit.
• Experience working internationally, with a preference for experience in Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Essential Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, focusing on a significant hospitality project within the Kingdom.
