We are seeking a Stockyard Coordinator to join our team in Al Khobar, Eastern region, on a full-time basis.

Job Purpose and Context

The Stockyard Coordinator is responsible for handling and data entry of daily vehicle arrivals and dispatches, as well as responding to center queries. This role operates with a high degree of supervision over daily operational activities and requires basic knowledge of supply chain and sales channels. The position has a direct impact on locating parked vehicles in the stockyard and updating the system, and an indirect impact on managing the damage ratio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage all emails and key tasks for the regional stockyard each morning to achieve set KPIs, securing cross-functional support for stockyard operations.
2. Align all work with arrival and dispatch supervisors to achieve objectives in line with center expectations (retail, Lexus).
3. Maintain close communication with the Regional Sales Team to ensure complete logistical support from regional stockyards to frontline sales.
4. Monitor closely with the Accessory Installation Center (AIC) to ensure timely dispatch of vehicles.
5. Monitor frozen/damaged vehicles and control stock and dispatching according to company policy.
6. Ensure compliance with IMTITHAL standards related to the workplace and implement necessary corrective measures for outstanding points identified in audit reports.

Performance Indicators and Accountabilities

• Overall productivity, including all arrival, dispatch, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and Stock Transfer Movement (STM).
• Damage ratio during operations.
• Location system accuracy for all vehicles on location.
• NPS Score from GDI Survey for the ALJR Channel.
• Overall RDC On-time performance, including all dispatches within the lead time.
• Volume (600 per head as per KPI book).

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain and sales channels.
• Ability to manage daily operational activities under high supervision.
• Proficiency in data entry and responding to queries.
• Commitment to compliance with IMTITHAL standards.

Compensation

The salary for this position is 20,000 SR Monthly Float.
