About the Role

alfanar Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for Lamar Factory in Riyadh. This full-time position is designed for individuals with 0-1 years of experience, focusing on coordinating the movement of materials and equipment to support timely project execution.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate the movement of materials, equipment, and project requirements between the factory and installation sites. This ensures smooth and timely project execution. The Logistics Coordinator will maintain close coordination with various teams including factory, site, warehouse, transport, and project teams to ensure materials are prepared, dispatched, delivered, and received according to installation schedules and site priorities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Act as the main coordination point between the factory and installation site for material and delivery requirements.
• Follow up on site requirements, priorities, and required delivery dates.
• Coordinate with factory teams regarding material readiness and dispatch status.
• Communicate delivery updates, delays, and changes to relevant site and project teams.
• Support alignment between production completion and site installation requirements.
• Coordinate material dispatch from the factory based on approved site requirements and installation schedules.
• Follow up on the loading, transportation, delivery, and receipt of materials at the site.
• Ensure materials are delivered to the correct site, location, and project.
• Coordinate urgent or priority deliveries based on site execution needs.
• Follow up on delayed or incomplete deliveries and coordinate required actions.
