About the Role

Nadia is seeking a General Manager Agriculture (Dates) to lead its agricultural operations. This full-time position is based in Al Qassim, Saudi Arabia, and involves overseeing the entire agricultural business within the Kingdom. The role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in farm management, particularly within the dates sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete agricultural business operations across various sites in Saudi Arabia.
• Oversee farm management practices, ensuring efficient and effective agricultural methods.
• Implement and monitor crop management conditions, including irrigation, compost preparation and usage, and plant protection strategies.
• Manage and maintain farm machinery, ensuring operational readiness and efficiency.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate agricultural teams to achieve operational objectives.
• Ensure adherence to agricultural administration standards and operational best practices for large-scale farms.

Required Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a similar agricultural background.
• Demonstrated experience in farm management and a comprehensive understanding of agricultural methods.
• Proficiency in crop management conditions, including irrigation, compost preparation, farm machinery operation, and plant protection.
• Strong team management, supervisory, and motivational skills.
• Excellent knowledge of agricultural administration and an operational background in managing large farms.
• Experience with date farms is highly preferred.

Operational Scope and Location

This role encompasses the management of agricultural sites across Saudi Arabia, specifically including operations in Al Qassim, Medina, and Jadida. The General Manager will be responsible for the overall agri-business performance within these regions, ensuring consistent application of best practices across all locations.
