About ABYAT and the Sales Specialist Role

ABYAT is a leading and rapidly expanding retailer specializing in home improvement and solutions across Kuwait and Saudi Arabia. With four showrooms in the region and a team of over 2,500 employees, ABYAT is committed to ambitious global expansion. We are seeking a dedicated Sales Specialist to join our team in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia, on a full-time basis.

Role Purpose and Contribution

As a Sales Specialist, you will play a vital role within our sales team, operating within specific departments such as tiles, bath, lighting, or furniture. This position is central to ABYAT's customer-centric approach, focusing on providing the most efficient and high-quality service in the market directly on the showroom floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned departments are well-maintained, accurately priced, and adequately stocked to facilitate a positive customer shopping experience.
• Serve as a product expert on a diverse range of home furnishing and finishing solutions, including home furniture, tiles, lighting, and bath installations.
• Inspire, inform, and guide customers effectively to assist them in making appropriate purchase decisions.
• Consistently achieve established monthly sales targets.

Required Experience and Skills

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the retail or home improvement sector.
• Demonstrated expertise in home furnishing and finishing products.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guiding and informing clients.

Work Location and Type

This full-time position is based in Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia, supporting ABYAT's operations in the region.
