About the MPD Senior Engineer Role

هاليبرتون is seeking an MPD Senior Engineer to join its team. This role involves contributing to technical innovation, achieving operational excellence, and providing leadership within the company's global energy industry services. The position is based in Al Qatif, Al Khobar, or Al Jubail, and operates on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specific multi-PSL job design, well support, and post-job analysis to customers in a designated area under general supervision.
• Develop and maintain personal relationships with the technical customer base.
• Offer highly technical expert support to Associate Technical Professionals (ATPs) and Technical Professionals (TP) staff.
• Attend critical jobs where service quality or job complexity may be a concern.
• Maintain job schedules and liaise with customers on technical issues, including performance review and process improvements to better support customer needs.
• Collaborate with local Business Development personnel to ensure customers are kept current on technology.
• Initiate, review, and close Correction, Prevention, Improvement (CPI)s related to Technology.
• Mentor Associate Technical Professionals (ATPs) within a service center.

Qualifications

• Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering.

Experience and Licensing

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Possession of a Professional Engineer license.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a part-time position based in Al Qatif, Al Khobar, or Al Jubail. Compensation for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
