About the Pega Decisioning Specialist Role

Vodafone is seeking a Pega Decisioning Specialist to join their team in Al Qatif for a 1-year fixed-term contract, covering a maternity leave period. This full-time position focuses on enhancing and managing decisioning logic within the Pega framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation of the decisioning logic enhancement roadmap to drive business value.
  • Oversee the continuous improvement of existing decisioning logic.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure the reliability of analytical outcomes.
  • Ensure effective version control and alignment during deployment planning for streamlined release processes.
  • Participate in business meetings, analyze business requests, and translate them into technical implementations within Pega, fostering alignment between business needs and logic.

Required Qualifications

  • A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a data-related field.
  • Proven experience with Pega or another Marketing Automation tool.
  • Experience in leading the design, elaboration, and implementation of business processes, strategies, rules, propensities, Customer Interaction History, Profiles, and Journeys.
  • Experience in evaluating the impact of change requests on logic and updating design documentation accordingly.
  • Solid understanding of the development lifecycle, including analysis, design, build, test, and deployment.
  • Effective collaboration skills with business stakeholders, analysts, and developers to translate requirements into decisioning strategies.

Work Context

This is a full-time, 1-year fixed-term contract position based in Al Qatif. The role is a maternity cover, requiring a specialist to manage and enhance Pega decisioning logic.
