About the Technical Professional Role

هاليبرتون is seeking a Technical Professional to join their team in Al Qatif. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive solutions for customers within the global energy industry, focusing on well problem diagnosis, solution design, and evaluation. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide total solutions for customers, including diagnosing well problems, designing solutions, determining appropriate delivery methods, and developing evaluation plans under general supervision.
• Apply developed technical competence in Product Service Lines (PSL).
• Perform assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles, adhering to Company policies, standards, and work methods for Hydraulic Workover.
• Work independently and provide work direction to others at the well site.
• Lead the full spectrum of job tasks, from pre-job planning analysis to post-job performance analysis.
• Function as the liaison between the customer and the Operations Team.
• Consult cross-functionally with PSLs regarding equipment needs and specifications.
• Contribute effectively to team goals and objectives, and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Be responsible for peer review of job designs.
• Adopt and execute the Production Solutions PSL Customer Value Proposition and workflow, identifying four specific skill sets: Diagnose, Design, Deliver, and Evaluate.
• Regularly engage with peers and senior colleagues to practice, implement, and gain further involvement in the four phases of the workflow.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• An undergraduate STEM degree is required; a Petroleum Engineering degree is preferred.
• Two years of service line experience is required.
• Experience in Hydraulic Workover is preferred.
