Implemented and maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans (QCP) and

Inspection & Test Plans (ITP).

Monitored subcontractor activities to ensure compliance with approved

procedures and drawings.

Performed inspections at various stages: material receiving, installation, testing,

and commissioning.

Conducted site inspections for HVAC ducts, chilled water systems, piping,

valves, supports, and insulation.

Prepared and maintain detailed inspection reports, Non-Conformance Reports

(NCR), Method Statements, and Material Inspection Requests (MIR).

Maintained proper documentation for quality records, including test certificates,

calibration records, and inspection logs.

Ensured that As-Built drawings and Operation & Maintenance Manuals are

accurate and submitted as per schedule.

Liaise with construction, MEP, and design teams to resolved site issues and

implemented corrective actions.

Attended quality and coordination meetings with the main contractor, client,

and consultant.

Supported the QA/QC Manager in audits and internal assessments.

Identified recurring quality issues and recommend process improvements or

training needs.

Assisted in conducting root cause analysis and implementing

corrective/preventive actions.

Ensured that mechanical works are performed in accordance with safety

standards and project HSE policies.

Stopped unsafe work and report incidents related to quality or safety
