We are a leading provider of Pipeline Inspection Services, with over 20 years of experience ensuring the integrity of pipeline and facility assets. As a Purchasing Officer, you will play a critical role in our operations by managing supplier relationships and ensuring timely procurement of essential materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing processes and manage material receiving.
• Attend purchasing-related audits and meetings with suppliers.
• Prepare purchase requisitions and create purchase orders.
• Negotiate with suppliers regarding delivery times and payment terms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies during procurement.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders and suppliers.

Skills and Experience:
Applicants should possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Supply Chain, along with at least 5 years of experience in international purchasing, ideally within the Manufacturing or FMCG industries. Proficiency in English and familiarity with ERP systems are required.

Physical and Mental Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Effective communication and multitasking skills.
• Must be able to work safely in manufacturing environments.
