As an Executive Housekeeper, your expertise will be essential in maintaining high standards and promoting guest satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee housekeeping and laundry operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends for continuous improvement.
- Operate within departmental budgets with effective stock and cost control.
- Set departmental targets, manage work schedules, and enforce policies and procedures.
- Conduct inspections of fixtures, fittings, and appliances for compliance.
- Monitor team performance and ensure regular training.
- Maintain effective communication among hotel departments and with external partners.
- Recruit, manage, and develop the Housekeeping team.
Qualifications:- Proven experience in housekeeping/laundry management within the hotel or leisure sectors.
- Strong record of managing a large team and dealing with Profit and Loss accounts.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Competence in Property Management Systems is advantageous.
