Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department, including staff management, scheduling, and training.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures and quality control measures.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest needs promptly.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism.
- Implement safety protocols for housekeeping staff.
- Prepare and manage departmental budgets and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovative practices.
Qualifications:- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel setting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to guest experiences.
- Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
