Facilities Manager

Job Overview

مساندة للتشغيل والصيانة is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the daily operations of assigned sites in Al Ula. This full-time role focuses on ensuring that buildings, assets, and services operate safely and efficiently, adhering to contract requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage both hard and soft Facilities Management (FM) services across assigned sites, including MEP, HVAC, cleaning, security, landscaping, and pest control.
• Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance programs to ensure operational continuity.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against defined contract scopes, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare and control site budgets, generate cost reports, and manage procurement requests.
• Ensure full compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) requirements, Civil Defense regulations, and internal company standards.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to management.
• Lead, schedule, and develop site supervisors, technicians, and support staff.
• Drive initiatives focused on energy efficiency and continuous improvement within facilities operations.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 6 to 10 years of experience in facilities management or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of operational leadership and service delivery.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Al Ula, requiring on-site presence to manage daily operations and teams effectively.
