About the Role

Hyatt Place Al Ula is seeking an experienced Outlets Manager to support the upcoming opening of this important property. As part of Hyatt's expansion in the region, Hyatt Place Al Ula will feature 215 guest rooms, two food and beverage outlets, meeting spaces, a swimming pool, and a fitness center, serving both leisure and business travelers. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing outlet operations to ensure seamless service delivery and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the assigned outlet to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Maintain high standards of service and guest satisfaction in all interactions.
• Supervise, manage, and effectively schedule outlet staff to meet operational demands.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team and other hotel departments to ensure smooth service flow.
• Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency within the outlet.
• Handle guest feedback, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications and Experience Required

• Previous experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership abilities with proven team management skills.
• Good understanding of service standards and delivering an excellent guest experience.
• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent command of the English language, spoken and written.
