We are looking for a qualified Branch Supervisor to oversee the performance of our branches in the cities: Arar, Yanbu, Taif, Al-Ahsa.

Tasks and Responsibilities:
  • Direct supervision of branch performance and ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Monitoring the achievement of sales and operational objectives for each branch.
  • Evaluating employee performance and providing necessary support and guidance.
  • Preparing periodic reports for senior management on branch performance.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's internal policies and procedures.
  • Coordinating between different departments to ensure the best service for customers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in supervision or branch management.
  • High leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.
  • Proficiency in using computer programs and reports.
