Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing subscriptions.
• Communicate with potential customers through DMs, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
• Understand student needs and recommend the most relevant Qaf Plus plans and services.
• Handle objections professionally and deliver clear value messages.
• Meet monthly sales targets and optimize conversion performance.
• Update the CRM with accurate customer information and pipeline status.
• Work closely with the marketing team by sharing insights, objections, and trends.
• Execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities when suitable.
• Follow up post-subscription to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and reduce churn.

Qualifications:

• Saudi nationality is required.
• Previous experience in sales; experience in EdTech or digital services is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High persuasion ability and strong objection-handling skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
• Target-driven, organized, and able to work under pressure.
• Understanding of the Saudi education and exam ecosystem is an advantage.
