Product Support Sales Representative at Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd.

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. (شركة الحاج حسين على رضا و شركاه المحدودة‎) is seeking a dedicated Product Support Sales Representative to join our team in Buqayq. This full-time role is central to providing comprehensive support to customers within a designated region, driving revenue through the promotion and sale of parts, accessories, and service offerings.

Purpose of the Role

The primary objective of this position is to deliver total support to customers, ensuring their needs are met and contributing to the achievement of pre-defined sales budgets. The representative will actively engage with clients to understand their requirements, provide appropriate recommendations, and foster strong, lasting relationships that promote loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell parts, accessories, and service contracts to customers.
  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
  • Utilize sales techniques to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, providing solutions, and addressing concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Actively listen to customer needs, offer advice, and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer stores (if applicable) to perform inventory check-ups and ensure customers maintain FMIs in their warehouse to avoid delays in fleet operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitive offerings.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to customers, answering questions and providing accurate information.
  • Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and order fulfillment.
  • Provide technical guidance and advice on service options, repairs, and installation processes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer inquiries or issues.
  • Gather market and customer insights through interactions with customers.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Conduct customer site visits on a monthly basis to ensure fleet proper functioning and submit a report based on the visit, aiming for an upselling role as well as an advisory role, which reflects an excellent reputation of the dealer and meets the total customer support concept (TCS).
  • Provide “3S” collaboration with service and sales departments by inviting at least 3 customers per annum to showcase HHA’s facility and brand capabilities.
  • Provide at least 2 sales leads and send them to the sales department to enhance coverage in the region, aiming to be the best and preferable supplier.

Experience and Required Attributes

  • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience is required for this role.
  • Candidates must be healthy and physically fit to perform machine inspections at customer sites.

Working Conditions

This position requires flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs to ensure continuous customer support and operational efficiency.
