About the Role
Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Product Support Representative to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for providing customer-facing product support and parts advisory. The role involves handling standard parts application inquiries and actively promoting MAN genuine parts to contribute to parts sales growth and customer retention.
Role Purpose
The core purpose of this role is to serve as a primary contact for external parts customers and independent workshops, offering expert guidance and support. The representative will ensure accurate parts recommendations and address customer concerns, directly impacting customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming parts application inquiries from external customers, independent workshops, and fleet operators via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Provide accurate MAN genuine parts recommendations and application guidance based on customer needs.
- Process standard customer parts complaints and fitment issues, including gathering required documentation.
- Coordinate initial investigation of product support issues with the internal team.
- Escalate complex customer cases to the Senior Representative for advanced resolution.
Customer Engagement and Promotion
- Conduct scheduled customer visits within the assigned territory to actively promote MAN genuine parts.
- Deliver relevant product information materials to customers during visits.
- Identify potential parts sales opportunities and communicate these findings to the Area Parts Manager.
- Participate in parts promotional events, trade shows, and customer training sessions as directed by the Product Support Supervisor to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Documentation and Reporting
- Maintain comprehensive customer visit logs, inquiry records, and complaint tracking within the CRM system.
- Provide regular activity reports to the Product Support Supervisor, detailing customer interactions and outcomes.
Required Experience
Candidates for this position should have 2-5 years of experience in a relevant product support, technical advisory, or customer service role, ideally within the automotive or heavy equipment parts industry. This full-time role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
