About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Product Support Sales Representative to join our team in Buqayq. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience and is focused on providing comprehensive support to customers within a designated region.

Role Objective

The primary objective of this role is to deliver total support to customers, promoting and selling parts, accessories, and service offerings. The representative will be responsible for generating revenue and achieving pre-defined budget targets through proactive customer engagement and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell parts, accessories, and service contracts to customers.
• Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
• Utilize sales techniques to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, offering solutions, and addressing concerns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Actively listen to customer needs, offer advice, and tailor solutions to meet specific requirements.
• Conduct regular visits to customer stores (if applicable) to perform inventory check-ups and ensure optimal stock levels to avoid delays in fleet operations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitive offerings.
• Communicate technical information effectively to customers, answering questions and providing accurate details.
• Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper documentation and order fulfillment.
• Provide technical guidance and advice on service options, repairs, and installation processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer inquiries or issues.
• Gather market and customer insights through direct interactions.
• Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitor activities.
• Conduct monthly customer site visits to ensure fleet functionality and submit reports based on these visits, focusing on upselling and advisory roles to reflect an excellent dealer reputation and meet the Total Customer Support (TCS) concept.
• Provide "3S" (Sales, Service, Support) collaboration by inviting at least three customers per annum to showcase Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd.'s facilities and brand capabilities.
• Generate at least two sales leads per annum and forward them to the sales department to enhance regional coverage.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a product support or sales role.
• Must be in a healthy and fit condition to perform machine inspections at customer sites.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Buqayq, requiring regular travel for customer site visits and direct interaction within the designated region. The role demands adaptability to varying work schedules to meet operational demands.
