Responsible for the office to receive the surplus of vegetables and fruits that come to the store from donors, and to simplify food awareness and education in the market and fruit shops, writing daily reports and sending them every week, arranging communication with the association's management, and being responsible for operations and logistics to receive the surplus available in the store. One day off at the employee's choice. Working two shifts from 9 AM to 12 PM and the second shift from 4 PM to 8 PM.

Job Description: This role requires preparing a work plan and schedule, following up on procedures for identifying the type and nature of maintenance, distributing tasks among the team, designing training needs for the maintenance team, and preparing a preventive maintenance program.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow up on procedures for identifying the type and nature of maintenance and estimating the quantity and cost of necessary materials.
• Distribute tasks and responsibilities among maintenance team members based on their capabilities and skills, and follow up on and evaluate the performance of the maintenance team and assess their achievements.
• Assess the training needs of maintenance teams and develop their skills or recommend them for specialized training programs.
• Prepare preventive maintenance programs and follow up on implementation procedures.
• Classify, organize, document, and archive results and work reports.
