General Role:
As the Retail Manager, you'll oversee operations at both the Lobby and Spa Boutiques, ensuring exceptional service, financial performance, and effective inventory management. This leadership role requires a passion for creating unique retail experiences that harmonize with Miraval's values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retail Operations Leadership: Manage daily boutique operations and lead the retail team to maintain luxurious presentation standards.
  • Financial Management & Sales Strategy: Develop retail budgets, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to drive profitability.
  • Guest Experience & Engagement: Deliver personalized experiences, enhance staff product knowledge, and proactively engage with guests.
  • Merchandising & Product Management: Curate product selections, execute merchandising strategies, and oversee inventory management.
  • Team Development & Performance: Recruit, train, and develop retail team members while fostering a positive culture.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Department Integration: Work closely with spa operations and marketing to enhance the guest journey.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure operations meet health and safety regulations, conduct audits, and train staff on safety protocols.
  • Administrative & System Management: Maintain accurate sales and operations reports and utilize management systems effectively.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of luxury retail management experience, preferably in hospitality.
- Proven sales record and strong financial management skills.
- Excellent communication abilities; fluency in English is required, and Arabic is advantageous.
