About the Role

Haji Husein Alireza & Co. Ltd. is seeking a Showroom Sales Consultant to join their team in Buraydah, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales objectives within the showroom environment.

Role Summary

The Showroom Sales Consultant is responsible for managing the entire customer journey from arrival to departure, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role involves actively working towards daily and monthly sales targets, while consistently adhering to all company policies and procedures related to customer reception and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome showroom customers upon arrival and register all walk-in customers accurately in the CRM system.
• Provide detailed explanations of vehicle features, specifications, and available financing schemes and options to customers.
• Complete sales transactions efficiently and in strict accordance with company regulations and established procedures.
• Ensure customers fully understand all after-sales procedures and policies.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all company and customer information.
• Follow up with customers regularly and update their status in the CRM system on a daily basis.
• Stay informed on vehicle specifications, pricing, current offers, and competitor activities through weekly updates.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 years of relevant experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in the company's showroom located in Buraydah, Al Qasim, Saudi Arabia. The role operates within a customer-facing environment, requiring consistent interaction with clients.
