About the Showroom Sales Executive Role

Jazeera Paints is seeking a dedicated Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring an excellent customer experience, maintaining a high standard of service within our showrooms, and effectively meeting customer needs. The role encompasses facilitating goods delivery and providing comprehensive customer service throughout the sales cycle, from initial inquiry to post-sales support.

Customer Engagement and Sales Facilitation

• Ensure excellent customer reception and maintain a high level of service within the showroom, addressing customer needs effectively.
• Guide customers from their entry into the showroom, introducing them to company products, and assisting in securing their orders.
• Calculate required product quantities and provide assistance with color and product coordination based on customer specifications.
• Facilitate the sales process, including invoice issuance and proper goods delivery.
• Coordinate with all showroom staff, including assistants, workers, and drivers, to ensure a smooth sales and delivery process.
• Address customer complaints professionally and report them to the direct manager.

Showroom Operations and Inventory Control

• Supervise the showroom and its inventory, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Maintain the showroom's organization and cleanliness at all times.
• Ensure the availability of all marketing tools, such as brochures and catalogues.
• Manage stock levels to ensure a good supply of all items, particularly well-moving products, to meet customer demand.
• Implement warehouse ordering policies based on minimum and maximum stock levels for each item, adhering to the first-in, first-out (FIFO) principle to prevent dead stock.
• Report any missing products in the main store to the direct manager.
• Verify that goods in warehouses are arranged according to established guidelines to ensure accurate stock and prevent discrepancies during inventory checks.

Performance, Reporting, and E-commerce Management

• Achieve sales targets as outlined in the sales plan.
• Commit to accomplishing management goals and implementing required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Process online customer requests and update the E-commerce platform, considering required items and current stock levels.
• Submit financial reports to the regional accountant as required and ensure daily deposits of sales cash amounts into the company’s account.
• Provide the direct manager with regular reports on competitors' activities and promotions.
• Submit periodic reports detailing achievements, identified problems, and failures to the direct manager.
• Offer constructive ideas and suggestions to enhance the sales process and overall value.

Policy Adherence and Collaborative Practices

• Implement all company policies and instructions diligently.
• Collaborate with other branches to facilitate the resale of slow-moving inventory.
• Execute all assigned functions using safe and environmentally responsible methods.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
